Meet your mentor
Every Spark & Anvil app has a friendly mentor character that demonstrates, praises, and patiently scaffolds learning. On-device AI personalizes the mentor's responses to your kid's progress — never connecting to a server, never collecting data.

Distributed-narrative cast
Meet the cast
VentureQuest's 5-character cast embodies the entrepreneurship-practice primitives — opportunity recognition (Spot), customer discovery (Listen), lean experimentation (Build), pitch craft (Pitch), ethical decision-making (Weigh). Ledger (mentor) frames each primitive; cast embodies them at first-venture scale (lemonade-stand → food-truck register, NEVER unicorn-billionaire scale). Model-billionaire framing gate + wealth-shame gate enforced: cast NEVER frames success as guaranteed-by-effort; explicitly models that ventures fail often + that failure isn't personal shame.
Spot
Opportunity recognition — noticing problems worth solving for real people
Listen
Customer discovery — asking + waiting + watching, never guessing
Build
Lean experimentation — rough first drafts, fast iteration, failure-as-learning
Pitch
Pitch craft — plain-language story, inviting people in, never pressuring
Weigh
Ethical decision-making — sitting with tradeoffs, holding stakeholder views
