Distributed-narrative cast

Meet the cast

VentureQuest's 5-character cast embodies the entrepreneurship-practice primitives — opportunity recognition (Spot), customer discovery (Listen), lean experimentation (Build), pitch craft (Pitch), ethical decision-making (Weigh). Ledger (mentor) frames each primitive; cast embodies them at first-venture scale (lemonade-stand → food-truck register, NEVER unicorn-billionaire scale). Model-billionaire framing gate + wealth-shame gate enforced: cast NEVER frames success as guaranteed-by-effort; explicitly models that ventures fail often + that failure isn't personal shame.
