Annual Reports
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit (pending), Spark & Anvil publishes a public annual report each fiscal year — covering revenue, expenses, kids reached, partners, governance, and audit findings. Our first report publishes at the end of FY 2026.

What the FY 2026 report will cover
- Financials: revenue (donations / grants / district licensing), expenses (engineering / art / hosting / legal), net change in assets, fiscal sponsor accounting.
- Programs: apps shipped, kids reached (anonymized App Store install counts), districts served, partner schools.
- Governance: board composition, board meetings held, conflict-of-interest disclosures, policies adopted (whistleblower, document-retention, gift-acceptance).
- Audit findings: independent audit summary (Year-1 may be a financial review rather than full audit; threshold typically $750K).
- Forward look: FY 2027 strategic priorities, roadmap, risks, asks of the community.
Historical reports
The first annual report will publish at the end of FY 2026 (December 2026 or early 2027). Subsequent reports will be archived here.
