Sustain the platform that lets teachers keep 100% of their class fees. Our teacher network charges teachers nothing — no commission, no platform fee. The ~$50K-$140K/yr operating cost is covered by donors like you + foundation grants. Your monthly gift directly funds background-check coverage, ForgeClassroom infrastructure, COPPA compliance, and parent-side discovery for live small-group classes ages 9-14.

- 501(c)(3) status: pending. We've filed (or are filing) IRS Form 1023. Typical determination period is ~191 days median, 12-18 months real-world.
- Fiscal sponsorship bridge: while 1023 clears, donations route through our fiscal sponsor (Hack Foundation / HCB or similar). Sponsor's EIN provides tax-deductibility today.
- Annual report: we'll publish a public annual report covering revenue, expenses, kids reached, partners, board, and 2026 audit findings.
- No ads, no tracking, no sale of data: these don't change under non-profit status; they're load-bearing to the mission.
