Meet your mentor

Every Spark & Anvil app has a friendly mentor character that demonstrates, praises, and patiently scaffolds learning. On-device AI personalizes the mentor's responses to your kid's progress — never connecting to a server, never collecting data.

Distributed-narrative cast

Meet the cast

AdventureHub's 5-character cast IS the launch zone-host mentor roster — NOT a new curricular catalogue but the formalization of the 5 mentor archetypes already shipping across 32 source-app HubContribution configs. The aggregator-function decomposes into 5 thematic zones, each hosted by a named mentor whose voice frames a family of curricular domains: Math Mountains (Trailmaster Theo — 10+ math/logic source apps), Word Woods (Loresinger Mae — 10+ ELA/world-language source apps), Science Labs (Dr. Quark — 6+ STEM source apps), History Ruins (Archivist Atlas — 5+ humanities source apps), Creative Studio (Maestro Mira — 5+ arts source apps). Meta-aggregator application of Bruner narrative-mode + Habgood intrinsic-integration: the zone-host's character IS the aggregator-pattern. Cast supplements — does NOT replace — source-app DN casts (Wave 1-26). Both appear together when a source app contributes content to a zone. Phase 2 expansion: Harbor Anya (Heart Harbor zone) joins as 6th cast member post-launch. NO new mascot generation needed — all 5 zone-host visuals already ship via per-app HubContribution mentor.avatarAssetName references; Wave 27 spend on AdventureHub = $0.
