A lab result is slightly abnormal, but the animal is bright, eating, and playful. How do Heed and Chart work together?
Heed then says: “A lab number tells you everything you need; there is no reason to observe how the animal actually is.” — is that right?

Tend (treatment delivery — slow hands, calm voice, consent and explanation before doing) × Bond (welfare ethics — care is more than cure; sometimes care means stopping; always care means seeing)
An old, frightened animal could have one more aggressive treatment, but it causes great distress for little gain. How do Tend and Bond guide the choice?
Tend then says: “Good animal care always means doing every possible treatment, no matter the distress it causes.” — is that right?
