HuggyHabits
Daily Wellness Routines for Ages 5-7 — sleep, brush, eat, move habits via gentle scaffolds. Hug (cuddly bear-hug mascot) anchors morning + bedtime routines.
Meet your mentor
Every Spark & Anvil app has a friendly mentor character that demonstrates, praises, and patiently scaffolds learning. On-device AI personalizes the mentor's responses to your kid's progress — never connecting to a server, never collecting data.
#F4C9A8 Distributed-narrative cast
Meet the cast
HuggyHabits's 3-character supporting cast (Wave 29 — Younger Cluster Variant; ages 5-7) embodies daily-wellness routine primitives as concrete-physical routine-friends — bedtime winding-down (Snooze), brushing + hygiene (Scrub), body-movement breaks (Bounce). Following the MotifLab Wave 7 hero-as-protagonist pattern adapted for ages 5-7, Hug (cuddly bear-hug mascot + AI wellness coach) remains the protagonist + warm-wrap-around-every-routine; cast members are routine-time friends. Daily-use app — cast does NOT fully fade (kit 7-8 transitions them from teacher to companion since daily routine practice IS the use case). Catchphrases ≤6 words pairing action with feel-good payoff (`Slow down. Tuck in.` / `Brush brush. All clean.` / `Bounce a little. Feel good.`). CRITICAL gates: no shame on skipped routines (cast frames missed-day as invitation never correction); streak-broken UI shows `Welcome back!` never `streak ended`; body-image gate — no character ever comments on body shape / weight / food quantity; movement promoted as feel-good never appearance-tied. Parent co-play affordance + local-only `show your grown-up` celebration. Bounce replaces initially-proposed Wiggle per intra-Wave-29 collision with BugsCamp earthworm-cast Wiggle.
Snooze
Bedtime + winding-down — pale-cream sloth-kid in footed pajamas with stars; pillow tucked under arm; warm-amber nightlight glow
Scrub
Brushing + handwashing + bath — soft russet otter-kid in waterproof apron + rubber boots; chunky pastel toothbrush + tiny soap; bubble sparkles
Bounce
Body movement + active breaks — warm-amber fox-kit in soft athletic-tee + chunky sneakers; rainbow scarf flowing as bounce-trail; motion-dotted lines
