Four short drills that real debaters practice — track the flow, prep the other side, frame the round, and check your sources.

The Flow Track a debate exchange and spot the point your opponent DROPPED — an unanswered argument is a conceded one. Other Side Anticipate the STRONGEST argument the other side would make — steelman the opposition before you meet it. Framework Frame a Lincoln-Douglas round: pick the Value that matters most and the standard (criterion) that measures it. Source Check Read laterally: decide if a source can be trusted for a claim — and find better coverage when it can't.
